Today’s class was interesting! We looked at two basic yet powerful features:
print screen and book marks
PRINT SCREEN!
Along with the introduction of smart phones came screen
shot, a feature that most of us grew to love but did you know that your
computer can serve that same function? I KNEW. Nevertheless it was still
interesting to go through these basic steps that I will share with you.
1) On your key pad press prtsc (can be found at the top right)
2) Open paint and click the paste option and your printed
screen page will appear
3) Edit your document (crop etc if needs be)
4) Save
IT’S THAT EASY!!
BOOK MARKS!
Book marks are literally amazing in that it makes our work
easier. Imagine doing research, finding an interesting article but can’t
complete your research right away? You don’t have to worry about remembering which
website you found the article on because book marks got you! Therein lies its
purpose. It’s like a store house or safe where you put important information so
that they can be retrieved easily when needed again. They facilitate in
organization of documents as well.
In order to favorite or book mark your articles or other important documents or website, simply click the star icon at the top right hand side of your internet page. Right away, you will see the option of choosing a folder to save your current information. Select your folder and then click done! That’s right you’re DONE!

I will now transfer and apply knowledge by using a
print screen to show you .
I was familiar with
both of these features but I didn’t know that there was a folder option for
bookmarks. It all adds up now. No difficulties were encountered because as I mentioned earlier ,both features were so easy to use.
I hope this helped :)
